my influences & work ...

Being out in nature, traveling the world, admiring architecture built by both man and nature all influence my art and life.   Creating artwork is my passion, a refuge, a time for me to reflect and express.  

Color surprises, bold texture and generous paint have always been hallmarks of my work.  My goal is to inspire those who see my work to look more carefully at the world around them.  My process is one of adapting, its messy.

Mine will not be in neat little rows, there will be no perfection in the best of intentioned, imperfect finale.
